Red Bull Racing Esports In The Driving Seat With Playseat®Teaming up with global gaming seat company Playseat®.

Red Bull Racing Esports has teamed up with global gaming seat company Playseat®, forming a partnership that will drive the Esports Team’s performance to new levels and bring our fans closer to the sim-racing world.

The partnership sees Playseat® equip the state-of-the-art Red Bull Racing Erena with six Pro Formula rigs, as well as the top-of-the-range Playseat® Formula Intelligence, the same rigs used by our Esports Team.

All Playseat® products are built around a real racing position to provide maximum resemblance to real life racing, enabling the Esports Team to improve their performance. In addition, Playseat® will use feedback from the drivers to develop future products, designed to get sim-racers even closer to the reality of racing.

This year, for the very first time, our Formula One Team Red Bull Racing Honda will be putting their guests in the driving seat. Selected Red Bull Racing Paddock Club events throughout the season will be giving guests the chance to pit their sim-racing skills against the professionals in the ‘Beat the Pro’ time trials series.

Another development, which will be a first for our fans, sees Playseat® working on plans to produce a special edition Sensation Pro rig. This is the same rig Marcel Kiefer used to win the 2020 F1 Pro Series Team Championship and will be available with Red Bull Racing Esports livery later this year.
