The Minister of Defence earned his moniker in Abu Dhabi with some expert defending against Lewis Hamilton, helping Max clinch his first World Championship.

Checo’s time with Oracle Red Bull Racing came full circle at the 2023 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, a venue that had already cemented itself in his career highlights. Following a fortuitous safety car, he reminded everyone why he is one of the most resilient drivers in the sport, fending off any attack on his lead, taking his fifth win with the Team and second at the Baku City Circuit.
