Digital simulation is key to our rapid design process, and Ansys’ technology is integral in analyzing aerodynamic designs faster, giving us an edge over our competitors.

Ansys has been an Innovation Partner with Red Bull Racing since 2008, driving engineering productivity and slashing design cycle time. We leverage Ansys CFD tools to develop and optimize aerodynamic designs; Ansys Granta MI to select the best materials and manage the car’s materials data; and Ansys LS-DYNA to simulate car crash structures, correlating impacts with real-world testing. Running simulations greatly decreases the need for time-consuming physical tests.
