If you’re in Miami but can’t make it to the race, you’ll want to head to the Racing Fan Fest in Wynwood. It’s everything a Formula One fan could wish for in one place.

The event takes place from 4th-7th May and is completely free to attend. There’s watch parties across the weekend where you’ll be able to catch everything from Free Practice one on Friday right through to the race on Sunday.

We’ve also got a fully immersive and interactive Red Bull Fan Zone, which we think it the highlight (obviously). There you’ll find racing simulators, a pit stop challenge to see if you can beat the Team’s time, and an RB19 on display, which may or may not be showing off our special Make Your Mark Miami livery.

On top of all of that there’s plenty of food and drinks of offer for you to sample local delicacies and a Red Bull pop up shop so you can kit yourself out in teamwear for the race.

There is art everywhere in Miami. From the stunning art deco hotels and restaurants along Ocean Drive, to Tomorrowland’s sculptures and countless museums, but one standout place to visit – not just for the ‘Gram – is Wynwood. Wynwood is known for its colourful murals that emblazon the walls of the district. Wynwood Walls is an outdoor museum which showcases works by some of the world’s most famous street artists. There are art galleries, craft breweries and stylish clothing shops surrounding the museum, so it’s well worth a visit.

One of the coolest things to see is Superblue Miami, a fully-immersive digital, light-based landscape that will leave you mesmerised. One of the latest instalments is Pulse Topology – a biometric immersive artwork which consists of 3,000 suspended light bulbs, each of which glimmers to the heartbeat of different participants.

If you’re up for something more adrenaline-fuelled then head to Biscayne Bay for a wide range of motorsports, you can feel like you’re in an episode of Miami Vice and ride the waves on a high-powered jet ski, although there are more relaxing cruises you can take in as well.

Now if there’s one country that does retail therapy better then America, we’d like to hear it. And in Miami they have plenty of shopping places – no matter your budget.

Tropicana Flea Market on Lincoln Road features more than 200 vendors selling everything from clothing and jewellery to food and car parts. Lincoln Road is one of the most popular shopping destinations for locals and visitors alike. This iconic pedestrian-friendly street boasts a Macy’s as well as high street brands such as Apple, Urban Outfitters, Zara and many more.

If you’re looking for luxury brands there are plenty of choices, look no further than the Design District and Bal Harbour. The Design District covers several blocks where you’ll be able to find boutiques of high-end brands such as Dior, Fendi and Christian Louboutin amongst others. Ba harbour is located north of Miami Beach and is Miami’s most stylish, and expensive shopping mall. The mall is a stunning feat of design with landscaped gardens and ponds, making it an indoor and outdoor shopping experience.

No matter what your tastebuds are tingling for, you’ll be able to find it in Miami. Mexican, Cuban or American-style diners, there’s everything. Coyo Taco comes highly recommended, as does Cerveceria La Tropical, a craft brewery in Wynwood who also serve tasty tapas.

If you're craving a taste of the Orient, 1‑800 Lucky is Miami's first Asian food hall. They offer a whole range of meals, snacks and drinks until 3am everyday, perfect for late night snacks!
