Launched in 2024, the Red Bull Academy Programme is a purpose-driven initiative built to identify, develop, and support elite female racing talent across the globe. Through dedicated coaching, technical support, state-of-the-art resources, and competitive placements in top-tier series like F1 Academy, the Programme is removing barriers and unlocking new pathways to the pinnacle of motorsport.

Led by Programme Manager Sarah Harrington, the Academy is driven by a clear mission: break boundaries, build champions, and inspire the next generation of women in motorsport.
